About Giovanni Herran

Abu Sakina Giovanni Herran has been an educator and poet for nearly two decades. He has directed and worked with youth educational and grassroots initiatives and has taught at elementary, high school and college levels. Currently he teaches Ethics at Temple University in Philadelphia, where he is completing his doctorate on epistemology and non-dualism within late Islamic heritage.
